Come join us for a viewing of San Francisco's newest and greenest office building! Our 13-story, 277,500-square-foot headquarters, built to LEED Platinum standards, exemplifies sustainable design and fiscal responsibility. It features on-site wastewater recycling, rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and wind turbines.
Tours are available to the public for free every Friday at 12pm. Each session is limited to 15 guests.
Currently, registration is available for tours in August and September. October registration will open at the end of August.
Please sign up in advance. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time and enter via the Golden Gate Avenue entrance for check-in. Photo ID is required and children are welcome.
If you would like to schedule a tour for a group of up to 20 people, please contact 525GG@sfwater.org before registering. Private group tours are booked through September, but can be arranged for October and later months.

Please note: Self-guided tours will be available to the public beginning in August. Guests may visit during business hours to view the digital arts wall, the Living Machine, and the Rain Portal art installation, and read about the architectural innovations of 525 Golden Gate.
525 Golden Gate Avenue Tour Guidelines
Each tour session is limited to 15 guests.
All guests 18 years of age or older will be required to present valid, government-issued photo identification.
You do not have to bring a printout of your ticket.
Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
